Wieke-Akarad Hero Z, sired by Hero Z out of Jenson vant Meulenhof

Janastasia S and Anastasia-S both competed at the highest levels themselves. Grandmother Janastasia S (by Diamant de Semilly) competed successfully up to 1.40 m with prok, ster, and sport (spr) distinctions, and won over 1.35 m in Lexington. Their mother, Anastasia-S (by Casall), competed at 1.35 m, holds an elite IBOP (spr) and prok qualification, and is the dam of the 1.40 m show jumper I Have It All-S.

Great-grandmother Romantika S produced Catness, who achieved 1.45 m with Sabiene Rath in Austria. Further back in the pedigree, New Roman S, ridden by Johnny Pals, competes at the same level. Mother Omantika-S is a mare born in 2019, and Wieke is her third foal.

Akarad Hero Z carries the most accomplished sport record within this lineage. Both World Champion Jos Lansink and Frank Schuttert have competed on him, and with Pieter Clemens, he finished second in the 2022 Nations Cup in Rome over 1.60 m. He is a son of Aganix du Seigneur out of the 1.40 m mare China Touch Hero. Wieke’s pedigree traces within three generations back to Casall, Diamant de Semilly, and Aganix du Seigneur.
