Ob alleine im Gelände, beim Spazierengehen oder beim Abspritzen – Bailey ist stets brav, unkompliziert und für alles zu haben. Unter dem Reiter präsentiert er sich fein an den Hilfen, reagiert gut auf die Stimme und arbeitet motiviert mit. Er zeigt sich hierbei stets sehr lernwillig und kooperativ. Im Umgang ist Bailey sehr lieb zu Menschen und Kindern.
