**Seltene Gelegenheit** Wir verkaufen unsere Zelthalle! Die Zeltkonstruktion selbst kann unterschiedlich eingesetzt werden, wir haben diese als temporäre Reithalle benutzt. Das Zelt hat die Masse 15 x 30 m, Firsthöhe 5.5 m, Hersteller: Spantec, Modell Favorit. Es wurde 2019 aufgestellt. Das Zelt ist in sehr gutem Zustand, das Dach ist aus PVC-beschichtetem Gewebe (650g/m2, UV-beständig, lichtdurchlässig & schwer entflammbar), die Seiten bestehen im unteren Teil aus PVC Plane und Windschutznetzen, die Träger sind aus Aluminium. Verankerung via Erdnägeln. Die vorhandenen 7 LED Lichtleisten geben wir im Preis inklusive mit. Aktuell ist eine Bowe-Beregnungsanlage für den darunter liegenden Reitplatz installiert, welche bei Bedarf mit gekauft werden kann (nicht inklusive im Preis). Besichtigung vor Ort selbstverständlich möglich.

**Rare Opportunity** We are selling our marquee hall! The tent structure can be used in various ways; we have used it as a temporary riding arena. The tent measures 15 x 30 meters, with a ridge height of 5.5 meters. Manufacturer: Spantec, model Favorit. It was erected in 2019. The tent is in excellent condition. The roof is made of PVC-coated fabric (650 g/m², UV-resistant, light-permeable, and flame-retardant). The lower sides consist of PVC tarpaulin and windbreak mesh, with the supporting beams made of aluminum. Anchoring is done with ground stakes. The seven LED light strips included are part of the sale price. Currently, a Bowe irrigation system is installed for the riding surface underneath, which can be purchased separately if desired (not included in the price). Viewing on site is, of course, possible.

Attualmente è installato un sistema di irrigazione Bowe per l’area di maneggio sottostante, che può essere acquistato separatamente su richiesta (non incluso nel prezzo). Visite sul posto sono naturalmente possibili.
