Ivar ist ein hervorragender Performance-Trailhorse – gezüchtet für Ausdauer und Komfort. Sein Vier-Takt-Gang bietet unvergleichliche Sanftheit und Ausdauer. Ivar ist von Natur aus neugierig nach vorne gerichtet und äußerst sensibel auf leichte Sitz- und Beinhilfen. Er hat sehr solide Hufe, gebaut, um felsiges und unebenes Gelände zu bewältigen, und trägt derzeit den barfuß-Look. Er ist gut erfahren und viel unterwegs, hat zahlreiche Gebirgszüge von Ost nach West durchquert – Kentucky, Arizona, Wyoming, Montana und Kalifornien – er kennt das Terrain. He stands 15 hands high and is a gorgeous black sabino roan with plenty of chrome, natural collection and a lovely conformation. Ivar is a brilliant performance trail horse – bred for endurance and comfort. His 4-beat gait offers unrivaled smoothness and stamina. Ivar has a forward seeking nature and is incredibly responsive to light seat and leg cues. He has very solid feet, built to navigate rocky and uneven terrain and is currently rocking the barefoot look. He is well seasoned and well traveled, having covered many mountain ranges from east to west – Kentucky, Arizona, Wyoming, Montana and California – he’s truly been there, done that. Not only is this horse as smooth and pretty as they come, but he is sweet as pie. He would love nothing more than to be someone’s main ride and companion. Ivar is always willing and ready – you won’t have to catch this one in the pasture, he’ll catch you (see video!) He’s the puppy dog type and loves a good snuggle session.
