Er ist kein Pferd, das seinen Reiter im Stich lässt. Selbst wenn ein Absprung einmal nicht perfekt gelingt, versucht er bis zum Schluss zu helfen und gibt für seinen Menschen immer sein Bestes. Genau diese Ehrlichkeit und sein grosses Herz machen ihn zu einem ganz besonderen Partner.
Im täglichen Umgang ist er absolut unkompliziert. Er liebt Aufmerksamkeit, geniesst jede Streicheleinheit und sucht die Nähe zum Menschen – manchmal fühlt er sich eher wie ein Hund als wie ein Pferd. Wer ihn einmal kennengelernt hat, schliesst ihn sofort ins Herz.
Auch ausserhalb des Springplatzes ist er ein absolut zuverlässiger Partner. Ob alleine oder in der Gruppe – Ausritte sind mit ihm völlig entspannt. Er ist verladefromm, schmiede- und tierarztfromm und im Alltag kann man sich kein unkomplizierteres und angenehmeres als Edy wünschen.
Unter dem Sattel vermittelt er seinem Reiter viel Sicherheit und Vertrauen, bringt aber gleichzeitig genügend Go und Motivation mit, kann dabei auch mal etwas stark werden. Er ist überhaupt nicht guckig und schaut nichts an. Seine grösste Stärke ist seine Einstellung: Er denkt mit, kämpft bis zum Schluss und versucht jede Aufgabe gemeinsam mit seinem Reiter zu lösen.
Als tolles Lizenzpferd, für ambitionierte Amateurreiter, Junioren oder Reiter, die sich in den tieferen Kategorien weiterentwickeln möchten, ist er ein toller Lehrmeister. Er schenkt seinem Reiter Vertrauen und bringt gleichzeitig genügend Vermögen und Qualität mit, um auch anspruchsvollere Parcours erfolgreich zu meistern, da braucht er aber etwas Unterstützung vom Reiter.
Sportlich verfügt er über viel Erfahrung. Er war in Frankreich bis 1.35 m platziert und absolvierte in der Schweiz ebenfalls fehlerfreie Runden bis 1.35 m. In der aktuellen Saison ist er bis 1.20/1.25 m gelaufen und platziert.
