💙 THE KIND EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR 💙
Meet Bandit an 10 year-old, 13-hand blue roan Quarter Pony gelding built like a little Quarter Horse and packed with talent, experience and eye appeal.
Bandit isn’t your average pony. He has spent years being used by children as a true step-up mount and has been exposed to nearly everything you could ask of one. He attended two four-month BHE winter programs as a four- and five-year-old and has continued building an impressive résumé ever since.
This handy little gelding has:
• Worked, sorted and gathered cattle in both the arena and pasture
• Tracked the dummy
• Been used to rope live cattle from both ends
• Heeled the Hot Heels
• Run barrels and poles
• Attended fun shows
• Covered miles of trails
• Crossed water and jumped logs
• Trail ridden alone and been ponied through the trails
• Been exposed to bicycles, ATVs, pigs, goats, chickens and everyday ranch activity
Bandit is athletic, willing and genuinely enjoys having a job. He has the talent and versatility to make an exceptional junior rodeo, ranch or all-around performance pony. We feel he would be best suited for a confident, experienced youth who is ready for a step-up pony and wants one capable of competing -not simply following the group.
On the ground, Bandit is easy to handle, has been groomed and had his feet picked up by children, and stands for the farrier. He has had extensive real-world exposure and comes with years of experience that simply cannot be manufactured overnight.
Ponies with this color, build, training and genuine ranch experience are extremely difficult to find. Bandit is the kind of hard-to-replace, versatile pony that can take the right youth in several different directions. If you have been searching for a sharp-looking, seasoned step-up pony with the ability to work, compete and turn heads, Bandit deserves your attention.
