8-jarige Quarter Pony merrie

For sale: an 8-year-old Quarter Pony mare with papers.  
Last year, she was in training for four months, but since then, I have lacked the time and desire to ride.  
She stands at 1.42 meters (approximately 14.2 hh) and is currently a bit overweight.  
During training, she was very well-behaved. She was ridden both indoors and in the field. Most of the time, we rode her alone.  
Since she can become easily nervous, she needs a reliable and confident rider she trusts and who can give her security. With the right rider, she also moves forward without any issues.  
She is not suitable as a beginner or children's horse.  
Currently, she is kept in an open stable with us but is also familiar with box stall housing.  
She has been with us for four years and has never been ill during this time.  
She is only for sale if everything fits well; I am not in a hurry to sell.  
She has a lump (pseudolump) on her hind foot (see last picture). She has had it since she arrived with us. It has never caused her any problems, so I have never had it examined by a veterinarian.  
No space for haggling or dealer inquiries, and price negotiations without viewing are pointless.
