Our 2007-born sorrel rabicano Quarter Horse mare THAT SLY KITTY is truly something special—not only because of her first-class cutting and cow horse pedigree.
She is sired by That Sly Cat (High Brow Cat x Smart Little Lena) out of a direct SR Instant Choice x Grays Starlight mare. A pedigree to make every cow horse enthusiast’s heart beat faster!
But Kitty is not just impressive on paper. She is an exceptionally friendly, sensitive and willing mare who always wants to please. She is intelligent, attentive, pleasantly easy to ride and incredibly people-oriented and affectionate.
With us, she was used for many years as a reliable children’s and youth horse in riding lessons. She loves children, is uncomplicated in everyday handling and particularly enjoys relaxed hacks out in the countryside.
From her former career in cutting, Kitty has an older tendon injury. For this reason, we now recommend her as a riding horse only for children or lightweight adults, with an appropriately adjusted workload. Nevertheless, her friendly nature, fine rideability and enjoyment of spending time with people make her a truly special partner.
Kitty is also an absolute asset as a broodmare. She is a loving, uncomplicated dam and combines valuable cow horse bloodlines with a wonderful temperament.
She is currently in foal for April 2027 to ANUTHER TREAT (One Shiney Treat x High Brow Cat). A highly interesting cross for lovers of performance-oriented cow horse bloodlines!
We are looking for a beautiful, loving home for Kitty, where she can continue to receive the attention she loves so much and where her qualities as a broodmare will be appreciated.
A special mare with a lot of heart, a lovely temperament and a pedigree that leaves nothing to be desired!
