Super rising 6yo 146cm full connemara mare. 
N/N HSWD. By Grade A sj pony “Woodfield Sammy” (Abbeyleix Owen) out of a “Moonlight Silver Shadow” mare. Really nice old breeding. Bred for top tracks. Incredibly sweet & genuine she tries her absolute heart out! 

Forward but not strong or hot. Very simple & straightforward ride, ridden & jumped by a novice & nervous 12yo girl for the most part. Can’t fault her she will jump off any stride, incredibly honest & forgiving. Looks after her rider incredibly well. 

Shes safe and sane enough for a competent novice(with guidance as she is a tad green!) or equally has no issues being forward and quick enough around a course with a good rider. She’s not a sharp pony, she’s a leg on type with someone unbalanced and forward off the leg with someone experienced. 

Completely bombproof? of course not she’s 6! But she’s never thrown any shapes and never gotten anyone off. She’s not a spooky pony. 100% with traffic, farm machinery, quads, dogs etc just the odd bush might try to eat her!

Due to no fault of her own she spent most of winter off, she has been very lightly hacked the last 2/3 weeks and after months off i just hopped on her. No silliness/freshness whatsoever. I am more than happy to be on a video call whilst hacking/tacking her as she is truly 100%! She has a bit of a belly & isn’t overly fit which is hugely reflected in her price as she’d easily sell for double once going properly again. More than welcome to view but i won’t let someone hammer an unfit horse around for an hour, she is barely in work.

She passed a 5 stage vetting with me when i purchased her about 2 years ago. Open to any types of vettings/x-rays etc.

No splints, vices or quirks. A gem to clip & wash. Will load herself in the box, perfect to catch & trim. Had the dentist about a month ago and shoes on last week. She rides bitted & bitless. Not strong in the slightest bitted or bitless she stops on a dime with your seat. 1000% to hack alone & in company. She’s currently out 24/7 but i did bring her in for bad weather especially in winter as she does enjoy her stable.

Based in Athlone, Ireland . Transport can be arranged .  Good home essential as i love her but unfortunately my 5’10 self looks ridiculous on her if she was 16.2 she wouldn’t be leaving!

Can come with her wardrobe for extra if needed.
