Boulder is a 4 year old Belgian x Quarter Horse gelding standing 15.3 hands high. He is sturdy, steady, and sweet as can be. Boulder is made for the trails. He is sure footed in any terrain and will always take care of his rider. He jumps all the fences in hunt country, has been on camping trips and hunter paces, and is reliable and ready to work no matter what his job is that day.

In the ring, Boulder has the most comfortable canter. He has done some lessons with the kids, and is the same horse very ride. He is learning some basic dressage and would be a great parter to take up the levels as he grows. He rides like a hunt horse, forward thinking with the stamina to work, yet quiet and forgiving enough for the novice rider to be safe on.

On the trails and outside of the ring is where Boulder shines. He is up for any adventure and is always reliable. He is safe in traffic, around hounds, on steep hills, and on treacherous terrains. He pops over logs, coupes, stone walls, and ditches bravely. He will ride alone, in a group, and will stand patiently when asked. He is very used to loading up and going new places to ride and camp, he steps off the trailer just as quiet as he is at home.

In the barn, Boulder is gentle and sweet. The kids are always climbing all over him, grooming, and giving him baths. He is a big teddy bear with a kind eye and good attitude. Boulder is happy living inside or out, and gets along well with his pasture mates.

♦️Our program produces versatile and family-friendly horses for all disciplines and levels of the sport. While at our farm, every horse is handled, ridden, and loved by us and our children. We make sure our horses are well versed in trail riding, going off property, attending clinics and lessons, and some go to horse shows, and fox hunt. This is a family operation priding ourselves in finding and producing quality family, amateur friendly horses for all ages and disciplines!
