Rip Cat Moonshine is a 6 year old AQHA gelding standing 14.3 hands tall. Built correct, short coupled, and fit, he’s as easy on the eyes as he is to ride. This guy is the total package: athletic, gentle, and well broke.
He’s been worked on the ranch and knows all the jobs — from gathering and sorting to roping and dragging calves. We’ve heeled on him a little bit as well. He rides off soft and collected with a nice one handed neck rein. He moves with a smooth, rocking horse lope, he’s a fun and easy horse to ride. Anyone can enjoy him, he’s athletic enough for any job - yet safe for any rider.
Rip also goes English, and jumps around small fences. He can put together a dressage test and would be very easy to bring along in the show ring!
