Hard On The Rocks aka Rip is a Beautiful, Seasoned Sorrel Tobiano Paint, that is a 2015 model, reg APHA, gelding that is standing 15.1hh. Rip is a handsome paint gelding with all the experience and heart you could ask for. Rip has been used extensively on the ranch and trails. He’s gathered cattle in big mountain country, crossed rivers, navigated rocky terrain, and he’s no stranger to a long day’s work. He’s also been ridden through town — traffic-safe, calm, and steady no matter the situation. One of Rip’s best qualities? He’s easy to leave off and easy to bring back. Whether it’s been a week or a month, he saddles up quiet and rides off like a gentleman. He’s smooth, easy to ride, and gets along well with other horses in the pasture or on the trail. While he’s good for anyone, Rip does seem to have a soft spot for the ladies — he’s happiest with a kind, quiet rider.
