He rides equally well in the arena or in the pasture. He is great to ride out alone. He rides away from the barn at the same speed at which he returns to the barn. He is confident and willing on trail obstacles and is also right at home amid cattle. Sparks has no buck whatsoever. When given a couple of weeks off, he cinched up and rode off like an old horse, no lunging required! Spookiness is not his style. Plus, he is always up for trying something new. He does have some speed if you ask him but is content in the lower gears unless asked. We are proud to offer this big, golden boy. He is the first one to meet you at the gate and will make you look good in the saddle. He is not finished by any means in any one direction, but his fundamentals are solid and he is so naturally talented, he will be a pleasure to shape into the horse you need him to be.
